I am currently serving as a Program Director at Cadeon, where I’ve spent the past five years leading complex, high-impact programs and projects. Notable initiatives include a mainframe rationalization effort for a leading Canadian fintech, a data analytics and reporting optimization initiative for a major U.S.-based insurance firm, and a series of business process improvement projects, all focused on unlocking value from organizational data assets.
With over 40 years of experience as a senior IT management consultant, I bring a deep understanding of business needs and how to align technology in support of strategic outcomes. My approach is grounded in strong customer communication, enabling me to translate requirements into actionable solutions that drive measurable results.
My Role at Cadeon is to work closely with key customers to first understand gaps within their business and data and then develop successful business value solutions through our technology people and products. I am relationship driven and have a skill (and passion) to understand and solve key business problems. Basically, I help clients get “sh..” done!

I’ve been successful in all programs and projects over the past 5 years. The most interesting would be my first client program with Cadeon which was a full mainframe migration. This program was for a Calgary based Fintech and had to be successful. The reason was that the mainframe is used by most Canadian Credit Unions and provides settlement data transfers between the Credit Unions and the Bank of Canada. This program had a high level of risk and was successful upon completion with no banking downtime. This program was challenging and very gratifying once complete.
Cadeon is focused on the data of the clients it supports. The value of the data within a client often goes unrecognized and used only by the core system that it supports. Cadeon can analyze ALL data from ALL systems, and using tools, like data virtualization, they are able to develop reports and dashboards that reduce the time and effort that businesses require to make effective business decisions. Cadeon can efficiently deliver information results using client data already in place, improving business decisions and ultimately the bottom line.
In my 40 years of employment I have always focused on the value of information within the companies I’ve worked at. Cadeon has partnerships with technology company’s that can optimize businesses. Cadeon has allowed me to align my experience with these technology partners to deliver a high business return to clients. Cadeon has allowed me to develop relationships with clients who value the experience and solutions we can deliver. Most importantly I’m enjoying my role within Cadeon and meeting great people and building trust relationships.
